Solanic is created with the objective to create new value from potatoes by refining, developing and marketing non-starch based ingredients from the potato with a high added value.

Thereby opening up new applications and/or markets and creating new sources of value for it's customers.

Primary focus is on proteins as they are present in the potato by nature. These native proteins are extracted, isolated and fractioned by Solanic to be able to offer all properties given by nature to the benefit of customer applications. Areas of interest are nutritional as well as physical functionality as biological activity.
